Really a shame.

I really dont understand why this works so sporadically. When it does connect to my PC it works fine. During the trial period I didnt have any issues. Once I bought the license Im constantly getting port errors. I all the suggested port open and forwarded to a single system on the network and had been since the trial. Why now? Its a shame because the app is so simple to use and setup.
